Frequently Asked Questions
According to a really old rule put in place by the Gin Guild, all gin needs to be 37.5% ABV or more in strength. Which means officially we can’t class our London Dry as a full gin.
However, our distillation process for our London Dry is exactly the same as gin producers and is made with London Dry Gin - we just remove a little more alcohol than they do to create a lighter spirit that gives you more freedom and control over your alcohol intake without sacrificing the full gin taste.
So, definitely ‘not’ a gin - but can be enjoyed in all the same ways. If you catch our drift…
We cold infuse 100% English grain spirit with juniper, we then add 3 key botanicals:
- Cardamom for a smooth spiced taste
- Black pepper to give a subtle kick
- Coriander delivering a citrusy bite
The perfect combination to create a warm, spicy botanical spirit perfect for cocktails or with your favourite tonic or ginger ale.
We distil our London Dry Session Spirit to a perfectly balanced 25% ABV. This means it’s up to half as strong as full-strength gin which averages between 40-50% ABV.
This means you can have approximately two measures of our London Dry for every one measure of full-strength gin.
Perfect if you want to add a little longevity to your evening, lower your calorie intake or wake up with a fresher head tomorrow!

We entered into the full gin category at the London Spirit Awards 2023 and came out with a medal! We competed with over 2,000 full strength spirits - in their own category! It's a huge testament to the full-strength taste and experience you get with our London Dry Session Spirit!

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the UK take 2-3 business days to arrive using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and 1-2 business days to arrive when using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked.
We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
All shipping costs are specified at checkout and currently we only ship within the UK.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on bottled drinks. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement upon request. For late deliveries, please provide proof and contact us and we will reimburse the shipping cost.
