Frequently Asked Questions
Technically, no—but in every other way, yes.
According to an old rule set by the Gin Guild, a spirit must be 37.5% ABV or higher to be classified as gin. Since our London Dry Session Spirit® sits at 25% ABV, it doesn’t meet that requirement. However, as a mid-strength spirit, it’s crafted using the exact same distillation process as full-strength gin.
We use London Dry Gin as our base, but we remove a little more alcohol to create a lighter, more sessionable mid-strength spirit. The result? A drink that delivers all the crisp juniper, citrus, and spice of a classic gin but with more freedom and control over your alcohol intake.
So, officially not a gin—but it can be enjoyed exactly the same way. If you catch our drift…
We cold infuse 100% English grain spirit with juniper, we then add 3 key botanicals:
- Cardamom for a smooth spiced taste
- Black pepper to give a subtle kick
- Coriander delivering a citrusy bite
The perfect combination to create a warm, spicy botanical spirit perfect for cocktails or with your favourite tonic or ginger ale.
Our London Dry Session Spirit® is distilled to a perfectly balanced 25% ABV, making it a true mid-strength spirit. That’s up to half the strength of a traditional gin, which typically falls between 40-50% ABV.
This means you can enjoy approximately two measures of our mid-strength spirit for every one measure of full-strength gin—giving you more freedom to drink for longer, reduce your calorie intake, and wake up feeling fresher the next day.
Of course, we always encourage drinking responsibly—even when you’re drinking mid-strength.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders within the UK take 2-3 business days to arrive using Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked and 1-2 business days to arrive when using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked.
We'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order.
All shipping costs are specified at checkout and currently we only ship within the UK.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on bottled drinks. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement upon request. For late deliveries, please provide proof and contact us and we will reimburse the shipping cost.
